The heat is a baseboard hot water heat. We provide water, sewer, trash, and heat. Tenants pay for electric which is normally $10 - $20 a month, but sometimes gets higher in the summer if you use your air conditioner or fans a lot.
There is a parking lot in back with one space per unit.
2 laundry rooms(1 per building) are accessible to all tenants. $1/wash, $.25/dry.
The public library is 1 block to the north. Safeway is 2 blocks to the west. The downtown area is 4 blocks to the northwest. The Lincoln Center(the main performing arts center for Fort Collins) is 6 blocks to the west. If you travel to Denver or elsewhere, one of the main roads to I-25, Mulberry, is a block to the south and then it is a straight shot out to the Interstate. Colorado State University is 6 blocks to the southwest.
The large 2 bedroom units(~740 sq. ft.) rent for $580/month with a $580 deposit. The regular 2 bedroom units(~680 sq. ft.) rent for $555/month with a $555 deposit. The large 1 bedroom units(~680 sq. ft.) rent for $530/month with a $530 deposit. The regular 1 bedroom units rent(~500 sq. ft.) for $510/month with a $510 deposit. We allow a cat with an additional $250 refundable deposit and $20/month rent.
